The hotel’s location is ideal, right by Cleopatra beach, 5 minutes walk to the sea. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea with cookies, optional late‑night soup after dinner. The buffet is varied daily. Staff were very pleasant, polite, friendly, and efficient. There is an outdoor pool. A dancer’s performance was beautiful. Special thanks to the service staff. The only drawbacks were worn linens and the fact that the hotel hadn’t been renovated for a long time. Free Wi‑Fi only works in the lobby and is very poor; in the room you have to pay for each phone separately. The bathroom lacks hooks even for towels, no place to hang or dry clothes; the balcony only has a hook for two items. The room is rated for three people, but since we stayed briefly it didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Overall, the location and food outweigh the shortcomings.
