Rocío’s service was impeccable; I’d call it spectacular. Nothing was lacking.

The site, location, and especially the friendliness of Rocío and Alejandro were great, and the dinner and breakfast were good. The pillow was a bit high for my taste, but overall everything can’t be perfect.

Set in the most beautiful Spanish wild countryside, this village’s centre hosts a Posada that feels more like an oasis and safe haven than a typical B&B—truly capturing the spirit of a “Posada.” With wonderful hosts who know where to go and which roads to take, from the Reconquista to current news, the place itself is superb, featuring excellent rooms and coffee. Nothing to complain about.
