The room had no wifi. It worked the first day and they didn’t give a solution, the shower was bad, water cut off and when it worked there was little. For the price we paid we didn’t even have wifi. No wifi, it was broken and they said they wouldn’t fix it, the shower ran dry.

“Absolute ripp-off”

Any positives are cancelled by the negatives which will be mentioned. Only positives is the fact that we were allowed to check in an hour earlier. The room is far from what was advertised. Bedding was dirty, cover sheets not fitting and way to small. ONLY ONE CUSHION PER BED, which was of VERY bad quality. Beds super uncomfi. Drawers next to fridge had empty plastic bags, which was not removed. Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair was in the bidet. Toilet was stained. Everytime one sits on the toilet it sounds like it was breaking out of the wall!!! Shower was not working properly. Only water coming from the hand spray. CHOICE LEVER NOT WORKING! Water suddenly stops during shower. Shower pipe stained black and not cleaned. Basin loose as well as tap fitting. Bath room doors dirty. Tv remotes: one have no batteries and other remote the batteries have not been changed forever. Wires hanging from under TV. Lamps shade covers next to bed are both broken. Curtains hanging in shreds and kept together with safety pin. No rubbish bin in the room, only in toilet. We eventually found the bin on the outside on the veranda, which was also a mess: Dead plants and empty pots. Room is also storage for unhanged pictures and frames. This place should not even be listed as accomodation. It Is a rip-off. Looking at previous reviews, nothing has improved. Also seems Bookings.com is also not doing anything about it, even though complaints was mentioned. ONCE AGAIN, FALSE ADVERTISING AS THE ROOM DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON BOOKINGS! Comparing to our other stays, an absolute dissapointment, considering this was our last stay of this trip

“Gute Lage, aber viele Probleme”

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the metro. The AC was broken, the wifi didn’t work, overall disappointing. The first days were barely bearable due to high temperatures and a broken AC. The AC only worked in the last days. Technicians had to enter our room twice; the bathroom drain filter wasn’t reinstalled after work. Communication was sometimes inappropriate and not customer‑oriented. Our factual comment that the liquid soap dispenser was almost empty upon arrival was dismissed defensively. Instead of a friendly solution, our feedback was questioned. The furniture was old, worn and poorly maintained. The place did not match the description or our expectations. No recommendation.

“Bien si quieres algo barato sin mucho lujo”

The location was right next to the Cornelia metro station. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Below the apartment there are many services, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a metro stop, and at night it’s relatively quiet. The apartment was renovated a few years ago, but since then it’s been left abandoned. On the terrace there are still abandoned restoration tools; there is rust in the bathrooms, the bedroom window closes poorly and you hear street noise, and when it rains water enters the room. We had to put rags under the window during a storm. The electric blinds don’t close fully. When we arrived the beds were not made and the room wasn’t clean. We had to leave the apartment for cleaning. On our return the cleaning ladies had thrown our food away. Another morning, without any notice, due to work the apartment had no water. Inside the toilet there was at least 10 cm of black mold, despite claims it had been sanitized. The Autogrill bathrooms are much cleaner… shocking! In the room there is a wardrobe with a missing door, broken knobs, a broken lamp, blown bulbs, dust and dirt a bit everywhere, dirty mattresses. I will not return.
