The pool was great, but the water in the room was missing!
“Lage und Pool top, Sauberkeit flop.”
We liked the location, the small kitchen in the Superior room, and the pool; the breakfast was fine, though it lacked hot dishes like eggs and bacon, which we didn't miss. In short, the room was never properly cleaned. We were assigned a room that didn't suit our taste, so we had booked a newer version. After reporting it at reception, we could switch to another Superior room, but the cleaning staff had already finished their work. We moved in briefly and realized it hadn't been cleaned properly; the stain near the sink is probably still there today. Despite multiple reports and daily cleaning, it wasn't removed. We left it alone. A dirty toilet paper roll we removed was simply re‑hung the next day! The floor seams and shower grout also needed a basic clean with proper cleaners, but the staff's equipment made hygienic cleaning difficult. At least we received a price reduction. We wouldn't book this place again.
“Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön”
The room was very spacious with plenty of seating; the view was beautiful and the location is perfect, close to the lake and restaurants. Breakfast and the selection were also good. It's a shame there isn't a power outlet on both sides of the bed.
The location is top; there is no air conditioning.
The breakfast buffet was great, had everything needed for a good breakfast. The location is perfect if you appreciate proximity to the lake and not the center. The staff was friendly and helpful when questions arose. Unfortunately I had my room at the back of the hotel, where a tennis court is located. The players usually started playing early, which I could hear from my room.
