We enjoyed the restaurant and the waitress was outstanding, yet the supposed beach turned out to be a dirt hill overlooking a rock‑lined ocean view. We had to wait a long time for our room because there weren't enough staff, the carpet was disgusting and needed a full makeover, and the pool was crowded with drunk, rude guests.

The hotel was very expensive, poorly performing, with very old furnishings and everything felt outdated.

The view was the only thing worth mentioning. Room service took over an hour to respond, hung up four times, never delivered the water bottles I requested, and the valet staff were rude and unwelcoming.
