Horizon Hotel Badesi

The location and overall cleanliness were fine. The woman at breakfast was super unpleasant!

“Schönes Hotel, leider kann man hier keine Ruhe finden.”

We booked the Hotel Horizon in Badesi from 20.8 to 31.8, and it was advertised as adults only. We had stayed there in 2024 and knew it was a quiet place for adults, so we expected the same. Instead, the pool that was highlighted was now open to the neighboring apartment complex, meaning it was crowded with screaming children and adults from 9:00 to 22:00, even though the posted hours were 9:00 to 19:00. Because our room was directly above the pool area, we couldn’t use our balcony. When we asked the front desk, they just said the situation had changed and that there was a small adult pool elsewhere, but we had booked the hotel with the advertised pool and would have chosen a different place if it had been a kids’ hotel. The lack of quiet ruined our holiday, which we were looking for, and we ended up with the opposite experience. (See photo)

“Gerne wieder”

We were allowed to leave our bicycles overnight in the reception hall, which was kept safe. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very clean. There’s really nothing to complain about.

“Une superbe découverte!”

The property is superbly run with a very professional approach, very beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent with top‑class service. The rooms have private bathrooms, nice balconies, and the bathrooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities, including very pleasant furnishings and décor.
