“Customer won't mind to pay more if upgrade hotel facilities, cleaniness, guest quality”

The location is perfect, but the cleanliness in the lounge and kitchen was very disappointing, especially the floor and table. The hotel’s facilities are quite old, and some guests don’t look nice.

“Awesome stay away from home while out on placement. Will definitely stay again.”

The hot water is plentiful, and the room has a roof. A young American man was amazing at helping me. The decor was a bit outdated, but who am I to complain?

The spot is convenient to the ferry, but the photo you show for the bathroom in the double room with bathroom does not match reality; it’s actually old and looks like it’s from the 1940s. It might be better to be honest about that.

“Really bad experience.”

Just the location. I initially booked a room with a shared bathroom; however, the room was not at all like what was shown in the photos. Neither the internet nor the heater was working. The windows had cracks all over it. I then upgraded the room to an ensuite by paying 50 NZD for 2 nights, but still the internet quality was very bad, and the heater was still not working - the window had cracks. I asked the receptionist for a heater; he said he did not have a spare one, and ideally the heater should be turned ON automatically at 7 or 8 PM, which did not happen. He then gave me an extra blanket. The towels provided had stains on them (gross). Only the bed was okay
