The breakfast buffet was very good, featuring a variety of Cretan specialties. The staff were very pleasant, the hotel and room were very clean, and the location is excellent; there is paid parking available in front. I recommend it.

The receptionist CHRISTINA was excellent. The only downside is the exterior parking costs 15 €/night.

The staff were very kind and accommodated a personal request. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is within walking distance of the main attractions.

Very nice rooms. The staff had a very negative attitude when we arrived and it made me want to leave, but I didn't want to waste my day arguing with booking, so we stayed, and the rest of the trip was absolutely fine and the staff put on a good professional smile. The parking is in a crazy underground lot and you have to leave your keys with them and they move the car wherever they need to to make everything fit
