Nic. Bardzo kiepska wręcz opryskliwa obsługa , fatalna lokalizacja , nie ma żadnego sklepu w okolicy , przyjechaliśmy późnym popołudniem i nie mieliśmy nawet co i gdzie zjeść , jak na 4 osoby pokój mały

On arrival the elevators were out of order. Would you think they would mention this while checking us in to an 8th floor room? We did request to be moved to the fourth floor. But I don’t understand why we were not made aware of this as we were being checked in? The room smells like antiseptic
