The host’s kindness and the unmistakable “grandma’s house” style décor, though intentionally rustic, were well‑crafted and sophisticated. The bathroom was cute and clean. Traditional linens and a breakfast kitchen with a wood stove gave a homely feel. Because it’s a bed‑and‑breakfast, privacy is limited; the doors and windows are like those of a regular house, so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
