The balcony view was great, and the deluxe room we stayed in was spacious enough for our kids; we could have added two extra beds in the living area if needed. The studio was comfortable but had limited view. The staff were courteous, and the manager even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. He helped point out a trekking trail that was good for beginners. We were close to Murree and could get to Sunny Bank and refuel in 20 minutes, and there’s a good tikka grill nearby in Kashmir Bazar. The access road is a private, unpaved road that can be dangerous in rain, so make sure your car is suitable. The staff were a bit relaxed about breakfast service, especially on the checkout day when no one was at reception. When we arrived, the bins hadn’t been emptied properly, and even after reporting it, they didn’t empty the pampers in our bathroom, leaving a strong smell overnight. Mosquito control could be better with a nightly plugin instead of a single spray, as mosquitoes were frequent after the monsoon.
