The staff were amazing! The only thing that could use a little tweak is the toilet doors, but overall the room and the hotel were very nice.

Spacious, modern facilities and a friendly staff. The air conditioning was very noisy and the housekeeping didn’t meet my expectations; there was a lot of dust and stains left on the room after the cleaner had been there.

“ぜひ角部屋の寺院が見える部屋に泊まるべき”

I booked a room with a balcony overlooking a temple and it was exactly as pictured, giving me that Thai resort vibe I was hoping for. The balcony had a rattan swing, and swaying while looking at the sea was incredibly pleasant. A short walk away there were a convenience store and cheap massages, which is handy for a beachside hotel. The pool floor and walls are made of a rough material that can scratch you if you’re not careful. I was looking forward to drinking at the beach bar on the private beach, but a few days before we arrived a storm had hit and it was closed, which was disappointing. Weather is out of our control, but I was told about the closure on the day of check‑in, which was a let‑down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was wonderful. The hotel is somewhat noisy; I could hear the neighbors as if we were in the same room.

Qualité de l’accueil, personnel aux petits soins. Ils ont réservé notre taxi retour pour Bangkok (revenant moins cher que d’utiliser l’application grab). Petit déjeuner au top. Plage de l’hôtel fermée suite aux inondations (restaurant de plage détruit), mais piscine agréable, et d’autres possibilités de restauration sur place
