“Proper little gem!!”

The place had a cozy vibe, and MARIETTE was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was also excellent. Everything else was perfect.

“Exceptional - keep it up”

My stay was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the hotel's excellent location and top-notch facilities. The reception staff were exceptional, and the room was well-maintained, with all amenities working perfectly. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious and nutritious spread that set me up for the day. I've already recommended this hotel to my colleagues and plan to return in the future.

While my stay was marred by some bizarre and unnecessary rules, I must commend the staff, particularly Nella and the Chef, who were lovely and welcoming. However, I was taken aback by the requirement to complete guest forms twice a day, simply because I had booked rooms for a work team. This was not only unnecessary but also confusing. Additionally, the water temperature in the bathroom was inconsistent, switching from scalding hot to ice-cold in a matter of minutes.

“Terrible!!!!!!”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, especially considering the high price I paid. The bed was the only redeeming quality, but it wasn't enough to make up for the numerous issues in the room, including dirty towels and linens, a non-functional bar fridge, and a lack of basic amenities like glasses for drinking water. The room was also disgustingly dusty, making it unbearable to stay there for even one night.
