The room was clean and felt very comfortable. When I called with a question, an overseas staff member gave vague responses, and although they told me that a children‑only stay would be cheaper, I was charged the standard rate—something I saw a friend experience the same day. The front desk denied hearing any such policy and didn’t verify anything, handling the issue poorly. Whether it’s a staffing problem or not, the guest service needs people who fully understand and can explain policies; the inn itself is nice, which makes this disappointing.
