The room was large and spacious, and the location was good. The communication with the staff managing the property was awful; in two messages the address differed, and they could have included photos to show how to get there. We had to call several times just to enter the room because the codes they sent didn’t match. Inside the room, the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t written down, and the phone staff couldn’t give us correct directions; it wasn’t until the next day that someone finally told us.

There was no elevator, so climbing to the sixth floor with luggage was horrible. The check‑in time was too late for us.

The location was good, but the staff operated under one address and sent you to another that was terrible and under renovation. This is unacceptable. Avoid this place.
