The staff were nonexistent, the reservation had no check‑in, and when we arrived there was no hotel at all—just a key inside the room door, no reception to greet us. The towel was one per person and full of stains, and the hair dryer only came on request, arriving the next morning; because we arrived later we couldn’t shower since we had no way to dry our hair. The attic room was extremely hot. This type of accommodation and service does not even justify 20 euros a night, let alone the high 100 euros with a discount.
