What a disaster. They told me my booking was confirmed, but when I showed up at midnight, they said they had no rooms left. I was there with two little kids, and they just shifted us to another hotel nearby. The attitude was completely rude and irresponsible.

The rooms are pretty pathetic, and the staff isn't much better. They didn't even bother to verify anything. I'm still waiting for a refund - hopefully, that'll come through soon.

The breakfast was honestly the worst I've ever had - that should give you an idea of how things went. The hygiene was terrible, and everything from the blankets to the toiletries was just subpar.

I had a pretty rough stay - the toilet in my room wasn't working, and when I told them, they didn't exactly jump to fix it. They eventually moved me to a different room at a connected hotel, but that one was super loud and had smelly bathrooms. For the price, I expected way better.
