Loved the service we received from a lovely Hostess named Dom. Dom checked in a few times over our stay to make our stay wonderful. The feather pillow and foam pillow. I wonder if there was another alternative. The feather pillow lost its height and went flat and the foam pillow was too hard. Minor issues if you ask me

Location was great. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. I wish I had a view of the river!

Close to the Melbourne convention centre, good location, accessible, comfortable and good amenities. Due to the slope of the floor in my bathroom, water didn’t travel to the drain, but instead pooled under the sink/wall, which is a slip hazard and a concussion waiting to happen
