The staff were friendly, but the whole room was generally dirty. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, the carpeting was extremely dirty, and the couch looked like something you'd find in an alley. That couch was supposed to be a sofa bed for my 9‑year‑old daughter to sleep on. No way. I paid a good amount of money for less than an average stay.

I never got to experience the room. After booking and paying online, I was told at the property that I needed an additional $100+; I couldn’t pay that now and can’t get a refund. I was never told that paying online would mean extra money at check‑in.

The door didn’t seal properly against the frame, so I had to slam it shut to keep it closed.
