The location is ideal, close to the center, and the neighborhood is quiet. However, the cleanliness was disappointing: walls, doors, handles, and the sink were very dirty. I understand the accommodation is cheaper, but some aspects are simply unacceptable. A bad odor emanated from the bathroom, and I didn’t get the room I had booked; the TV didn’t work and the room was cold with no heating.

Terrible!!! The reception was frighteningly dirty and a real disaster. The shower was covered in hair dirt, and a door had been forced and patched up.
