The owners were very kind and helpful, the chef went all the way to dish up exquisite dishes to your liking, and the rest of the staff were equally helpful and kind, doing everything to make you feel at home; I felt at home and will come again, and the location is close to town yet set in a tranquil area with a beautiful garden.

I was just passing through Kabale, Uganda and decided to drop in at Riverside Resort Hotel for a single night. The place looked lovely and the staff were friendly and professional. However, the furnished room felt old, the sink had no hot water, and the shower was so weak that almost nothing came out. I also noticed there was no bed drawer and no hot water elsewhere. I won’t be returning.
