B&b Tre Pandele

We stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, spotless, and the attention to detail was immediately noticeable. The place was incredibly quiet, truly relaxing, and entering the room was quick and hassle‑free. The host was very friendly, super helpful, and attentive to every need. A pleasure from every angle!

The property was really nice and clean. Giusy, the owner, was very friendly and courteous. We’ll definitely come back!

“Je déconseille vivement cet logement proprietaire malhonnète”

The accommodation was decent: the rooms were clean and each had its own bathroom. The shared kitchen was spacious, though the kitchen bins hadn’t been emptied. Double beds were comfortable, but the single bed was low quality and uncomfortable. We were five adults and had booked two rooms (a queen‑size deluxe and a superior queen‑size). Two days after arrival, the owner texted us offering a swap to a room with two single beds instead of a double; we said no because the double room suited us. An hour later she claimed she needed that room back because she’d over‑booked and said we could change if it suited us. That evening, when we saw the new room she wanted us to take, we told her we wouldn’t change because it was much smaller and less comfortable than what we’d booked. She even said we’d only booked one room by mistake; I had to call the booking platform, which confirmed we’d booked two rooms and should keep the ones assigned on the first day. The owner lives above but never came to discuss the issue, always communicating by text.

Abbastanza nuovo e bagno grande. Materasso scomodo, colazione fai da te con merendine confezionate
