Agriturismo Cascina Pezzolo

It’s our third stay, drawn by the nostalgic vibe and the farmhouse’s amenities. It’s a short drive from the highway but still very quiet, even with the window open (with a mosquito net). The garden is nice for relaxing. Breakfast is generous, with good cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, and a variety of sweets and pastries. The staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful with information. Getting to Lodi’s center takes only about ten minutes by car. We’ll come back for the next edition of the Ethical Photography Festival.

Breakfast was extraordinary, the décor was gorgeous with lots of vintage finds, and the place felt calm after a careful renovation of a historic site – just a bit pricey for Italy.

“Fantastisch”

This agriturismo is lovely: the room and bathroom are spacious and impeccably clean, the staff are extremely friendly, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, there’s a quiet garden, and the car is parked inside a secure compound – from here you can easily make pleasant excursions.

Nice stopover accommodation close to the highway, a tasty and generous breakfast, a warm welcome with restaurant suggestions, and an electric charging point – the only downside was that their own restaurant was already full and we weren’t told in advance to book; it was a little expensive for the quality.

The renovation is unbelievably beautiful, you feel comfortable immediately, but there’s no option to dine on site in the evening – you either bring your own food or go to a restaurant.
