The room and bed were good, but a toilet brush should be provided in every toilet. I prefer to clean the toilet myself after use rather than leaving it for the housekeeping staff, as it doesn’t look good.

The bathroom design was awful; after taking a shower the water flowed into a different area, making it impossible to use the bathroom again.

The room was neat and clean.

Nothing noteworthy. There were hairs on the bed when I checked in and also on the bed stool. I found a pea in the tomato soup. The breakfast area was chaotic; used plates were not being cleared from tables. The restaurant roof was leaking.
