Parking was available, but we booked two nights and only stayed one because we were very disappointed and the place did not live up to our expectations at all; the stale smell and clutter inside and out were quite old.

We loved the spot, it's a great base to explore from. The place has a bit of an old feel inside, but we didn't mind that. We were made to feel special with a bottle of bubbly waiting for us, and the conservatory area was a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee.

It was an okay experience, nothing blew me away but nothing was bad either. Just a pretty average stay.

The contact was super friendly and helpful when I had questions. I also met some of the staff who were getting the building ready. One thing I didn't get to do was try out the water sports equipment, but that's not a big deal.

This Lodge was fantastic, it's in a really quiet and lovely area. The view over the river was stunning, and the room was huge and comfy. They even supplied everything you could need, like plates, bedding, and even DVDs and books - it was brilliant!
