The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay, and I appreciated being able to check in early - it was a really thoughtful gesture by the hotel. However, there were a few things that didn't quite add up, like the advertised discounts for food and drinks that aren't actually available. It's clear that there's a bit of a disconnect between what's online and what's actually happening on the ground.

The hotel did a great job of handling the unexpected weather issues caused by the heavy rain. The staff were always ready to lend a hand, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately, the rain was beyond their control, but that didn't stop them from providing excellent service.

The staff here really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. La atención es excelente - the attention is truly excellent, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience. That being said, the rooms are a bit on the small side, which can be a bit of a squeeze if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. Still, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make up for the lack of space.

The staff here were super helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Everything else about the place was pretty much perfect - the room was spotless, the location was great, and the overall vibe was really nice. I didn't have any complaints at all, which is always a good sign.

The hotel was a real gem, and I have to give a special shoutout to José Luis, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable, with a great location that made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
