The property stays in great shape, always clean and well maintained, and the location is lovely. Nothing else to add.

The room is too small, but the heating is top notch. I was supposed to check in at 3 pm, yet I couldn't access the room until around 7 pm; I called the apartment number several times without any answer, and this has been the most frustrating experience lately.

The reservation was cancelled at the last minute, and I never got access to the property.

I never went there. They cancelled my reservation on the day I was supposed to check in because of maintenance, the service was poor, and my money wasn’t refunded until after three days.

The drawer in the room was broken and the towel was full of stains
