Customer service and parking were good, but the bed was bad.

I chose this place because it was cheap and I arrived late at night, needing only a quick nap before having to get up early in the morning; the cleanliness was acceptable, but I was upset to find a lot of cockroaches crawling around, which made me run out of the room. Fortunately the staff were helpful and gave me a new room, so thank you very much.

I was placed in a lower‑level room that was noisy all night with the sound of water and a pump that seemed to come from somewhere above, making it impossible to sleep and leaving me stressed; the bathroom was empty, yet the water pump kept roaring, echoing loudly and causing me a headache.

The invoice was fine. The hot shower was intermittent and not pure; a new shower unit should be installed.
