The stay was good. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and efficient; the room’s soundproofing was excellent, giving a calm sleeping environment; staff were attentive and patient, and communication was smooth; the room’s hardware was well maintained and worked smoothly; the self‑served breakfast offered many options and tasted fine. All aspects were balanced, highly recommended. Nothing to complain about, everything was very good.

The hotel was very comfortable, the bed slept well, the breakfast was abundant and tasty, the laundry room and gym were very convenient, especially the gym which made it easy to work out. I recommend this hotel.

The stay was very comfortable, very clean and tidy, the room was soundproof, slept very well, the breakfast was tasty and varied, the front desk service was excellent, they gave me a great Shanghai travel guide while I was visiting, making for a pleasant trip. No improvements needed, the stay was very comfortable.
