“Superou as expectativas”
I had a very good experience, from the location and comfort to the security and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was special, with personalized details for each guest’s taste and needs, and the service from Carla was unparalleled; she is a unique person with a life story, understands everyone’s needs, and was always available to help us in a very professional and caring way. We’ll definitely return because we felt very well cared for. I have nothing to add about the facilities or service, only that finding a parking spot was a challenge.

Fantastic place, wonderful staff who did everything to give us a great experience. They helped us find good restaurants, and we’ll come back again.
Super welcoming staff, very helpful in finding around and arranging transport to the airport. Lovely room with a view of the city and the river, in a quiet neighbourhood even though it’s close to the lively city area.

I liked everything. They offer a taste of Port wine. The only downside is having to climb stairs to the 3rd floor.
