The place was disgusting, very dirty and unclean. The smell and overall cleanliness were unacceptable.

“Comfortable but vacuuming needs to be done.”

The spot was comfy and close to everything, and the staff kept the lines open, but the carpet hadn't been vacuumed when I got in, and I had to step on a sharp piece that hurt my foot.

“Terrible value for money and the dirtiest accomodation I have ever stayed in”

The place was close to the spots we needed, but the pillow cases had mould, the shower was completely broken, the room had a terrible smell, and it was very dirty.

“Gross”

You couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet because it was full of huge 'catseye' prickles, and there were cockroaches roaming around; even the bathroom had chest or pubic hairs.

“I wasted $260 for two nights accom, but bailed out after one very uncomfortable night.”

I booked the hotel for two nights because the photos looked great, but when I got there at 4pm it felt abandoned and nobody was around. I walked around outside, tried calling the listed number and it was disconnected, so I called another line and told them the place looked derelict; they said they'd follow up with the owners on another number. I received an SMS saying I was in Unit 1 and they gave me the security code for the door keys. Inside the unit I was very disappointed: the carpet was threadbare and felt like nails, there was no toilet roll at all, and I had to get some from another derelict room by using a door in my unit that opened onto a common hallway. The ads promised a double bed, but the bed was a foot too short for me, so I had to sleep diagonally across it. Mosquitoes swarmed the room, though the aircon worked fine. I had to drive downtown to find a place to eat because the hotel was empty.
