The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the pillows and sheets smelled like an old man, and we hadn't been changed from the previous guest.

I left a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but when I returned, someone had entered the room and taken my phone charger. The bed had been messed up after I had it made.
