The staff were excellent—friendly and attentive to every guest need, the hotel itself was very quiet and pleasant, with great ambience. I loved the room: spacious, with super comfortable beds and warm blankets. I have a back problem, but the room was perfect for resting, everything was very comfortable. Everything was excellent.

This is my first time staying at Hotel San Luis and I’ll definitely book again next time I travel to San Cristóbal.

Everything needed was within walking distance, the place was fairly quiet and parking was relatively easy to find even though it’s in the center. They offered a complimentary coffee in the mornings and the décor was tasteful. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s a basic hotel, but they do the basics very well. I highly recommend it. Everything was really good.

Good value, clean, helpful staff. I would recommend it. It isn’t luxurious, but it’s a good value for the price.
