The setting is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a stunning view, with no issues with water or essential equipment; the surroundings are truly beautiful and let you fully enjoy Malenge and the sea. The main problem was the reception and staff attitude: people were often not smiling, not particularly friendly, and sometimes seemed annoyed when you asked for something; some even didn't say hello in the morning, which is surprising for a hotel. Another major downside was the strict meal schedules: meals were served at fixed times and if you were even a few minutes late, staff could come to your room to collect you; another resort was even called to ask you to return so you wouldn't miss the meal. In a vacation, especially in such an isolated place meant to relax, this pressure felt very unpleasant and completely against the spirit of the stay. It is even more disappointing because the place itself is very pleasant. For reception and ambiance, I personally found neighboring resorts like The Cliff or Sera Beach much warmer.

The view is stunning and the private beach serving only four bungalows is fantastic; you can even try diving, and Sifa and her team are exceptionally kind.

Sifa is adorable and full of little touches, the site is very beautiful, the meals are very good and varied, and the staff and five‑master are perfect.

We gave it a solid 10/10 because we felt truly welcomed and enjoyed every moment 🥰. With only four rooms, the small group vibe let us bond quickly, creating the best atmosphere 🫶🏼. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel at home instantly, the food was abundant and delicious, and sharing the big table helped us get to know each other. A male Babirusa paid us a visit, which was awesome! We dived with The Cliff and were thrilled with their service, and the day trips organized by Melenge were equally satisfying. Sifa proved to be an excellent host—she looked after us, handled transport needs, and more. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered the best view 🥰 (the far‑right one opposite The Cliff). Laundry service worked flawlessly. We also explored the sanctuary in the neighboring bay and snorkeled around the three bays (ours, the left one, and the right one). It’s definitely worth it!
