The Yum Cha restaurant sits on the third floor, but the hallway was dirty, the lights were out, and I didn't feel safe.

The staff were courteous, breakfast was great, and the restaurant was awesome; the proximity to a supermarket was very convenient, but they should allow remote payment—paying with cash was inconvenient for a foreigner like me.
