The service is excellent, the room is good and the view is very pretty. But the location is terrible; it's impossible to stay there without a car. The lodge is a bit far from the center and access is very bad. Huge stairs.

The view was perfect, and the reception was wonderful.

The only thing I liked was the view of the forest. There were no sheets, only a mattress protector. Security was absent, no doorman, the internet was slow, the bathroom shelf was falling, the acoustics were poor—one could hear the neighboring room—and the lighting at night was inadequate. The bathroom only had toilet paper and no complimentary soap.
