The staff were decent but not particularly helpful; the TV kept malfunctioning, and the price felt steep for the room size and location, while the food menu was pricey for its quality, making the overall experience only okayish.

I ordered and paid online before arriving, but when I got there the reception manager said the hotel was only for Indian citizens—a policy that was not clearly stated—so my son had to find another place; I filed a refund claim but the hotel hasn't responded, and the manager even hung up on me, while the hotel company Fab also failed to reply, leaving me feeling the minimum courtesy for non‑Indian guests was absent.
