The hotel was great overall, especially the food at the NOA restaurant and the spa, and the rooms were very comfortable. The buffet food was mediocre, the pool had a sour taste, the beach was far from the pool, and the apartment had no nightstand.

The spa was good. The beach was not good, the pool didn't work with the hotel. Many things were new for a person and very cheap. The cleaning was not up to beach level.

Unfortunately disappointing. The food was cold, the selection was very small, and the rooms were not cleaned properly. The beach was okay, but the loungers were too close together. For me definitely not a 5‑star hotel.

On the positive side, the spa facilities are very good, especially the sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel also provides bottled water in the rooms. Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel Unfortunately, our experience was much closer to a 3-star hotel in terms of service than what we expected from a 5-star property. The room was not properly cleaned on check-in. The floor was dirty and we had to specifically ask for it to be cleaned. The pillow was also dirty, and slippers were not provided. The air conditioning in one room was quite noisy. Rooms without a sea view face a nearby building, with windows directly opposite each other, which offers very little privacy. The service was the biggest disappointment. The staff often seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. We ordered beer at the pool and waited almost an hour; only after contacting the manager did the order finally arrive. In the morning, the breakfast area was poorly organized, with tables not properly set and items missing from the buffet. The elevators are also very slow. The location has some advantages, especially the beautiful sandy beach with clean water and water-sport activities such as jet-ski rentals. However, the beach is not particularly convenient from the hotel: you need to leave the property and walk down around 40 steps in the heat. During summer, the entire area is extremely busy with local tourism and is also quite expensive. Restaurants outside the hotel are generally expensive, with relatively few reasonably priced options compared with Durrës. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a 5-star hotel. For us, Durrës offers better value, more restaurant choices, and a more convenient overall experience. Take into account, heavy traffic, I mean an hour drive for a few km just to go out to the city
