The view was excellent, but the staff were confused about what had been paid in advance and what had not. Several items in the room were not working and we had to complain and get help.

The location is exceptional on a secluded island. The hotel really has its feet in the water, offering an extraordinary view from the room and the restaurants. The beach restaurant is very pleasant, with kudos for the sushi. Dinners by the water are magical with the rock lighting in front of the hotel. The only downside was a musical performance during our stay that didn’t match the hotel’s standard and highlighted that the rooms are not soundproof. Probably just bad luck for us.

Location, the beach club, swimming in the bays, environment. Overall hotel is tired. Had to ask for allocated drinkable water in our room. No tea was offered, again had to ask for it
