The place is very well situated, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible and I couldn't get a signal at all.

We were charged $35 for losing our laminated pool towel cards that we never used; one of the rooms smelled like sewage. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the air conditioning worked, yet this isn’t a five‑star hotel: the room was underwhelming, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping from our phones (so not ideal for work), a strong odor lingered in the bathroom with no source, the overhead shower barely functioned leaving us with only the handheld option, and breakfast was mediocre—nothing that a five‑star would offer. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re after a true five‑star experience.

The new hotel offers great rooftop views and will soon have another rooftop pool and area; the staff are very friendly and the rooms are newly furnished and nicely decorated.
