I was greeted by friendly staff, but the room lacked basic kitchenware—no pots, pans, plates, cups, or dishes. I had bought a meal to microwave, yet there was nothing to serve it on. When I asked the front desk, they handed me plastic utensils and paper plates.

The hotel’s proximity to the venue was a big plus, and it offered good value for what I needed. Nothing fancy or exceptional, but it was absolutely good.

The room was super spacious, and the bathroom matched that size; a regular‑sized fridge was a nice touch. The TV remote was awkward to use—you had to stand close to the TV, press the button, then push up or down to change channels.

The staff were friendly, and the half‑mile walk to Mystic Lake Amphitheater was convenient. However, the room seemed uncleaned: towels had brown stains, the bathroom door and cupboards were streaked, and the nightstand handle looked like it had dried cum on it.
