The spot was perfect, but I had to extend my stay only to switch rooms because a mother was assigned to the one I originally had. The new room was less tidy and felt outdated. My plushie vanished from the room, and I struggled to find out how to recover it.

The spot worked well for us cruise‑liners, and it wasn’t far from the main sights. Everyone was very friendly. There was only a pricey breakfast in the restaurant, but we knew that beforehand, so it isn’t a real issue. It was somewhat loud from the street, even though we stayed on the 10th floor.

The room was clean and nice with a great city view. It was quiet. The staff were professional and friendly. If you plan on hitting the rooftop bar, book a spot ahead. I had already booked the bar when I booked the room. We sat outside, the weather was great, and the food was decent. The location was good, too. Beware of parking: I was told I’d be charged $85 for valet, a flat rate, and my card was charged an extra $170 in total.
