“Beautiful family owned and managed property in the centre of Castiglione del Lago”

The old building on the main street was charmingly renovated, and the host Maria Antonio and Bernadetta were delightful, welcoming, and helpful. I especially liked the thoughtful birthday gift, Grazie. The property has an original stone staircase to the second floor, and a tower fan was supplied since there was no air‑conditioning, which was fine. Antonio also showed us a map of free parking, noting that parking around the Belvedere is metered.

The room was beautiful in the old building on the main street, very quiet at night, and conveniently close to cafés and restaurants. The owners were extremely attentive and thoughtful, so I highly recommend it.

“Bellissimo”

Everything was lovely—the building’s history, the stay, the stone staircase, and the owners’ hospitality. The only downside was the bed, which felt like sleeping on a public garden bench.
