First off, the host is incredibly kind and helpful, replying immediately and offering solutions while always remaining friendly; in my case, I couldn’t climb the steep driveway to the parking with my vehicle, so she promptly came over and gave me a free garage spot. The accommodation itself is very clean, with a room in an apartment that has its own bathroom and wardrobe, plus a kitchen and living area shared with a second room. The room offers a beautiful view, and the old town/city centre is just a 10‑minute walk away, with a large supermarket nearby. The only downside is that the air‑conditioning doesn’t work at night, but that’s a rule set by the property management.

The space was perfect with everything needed for a great stay, and the location was just a bit better than the center of Montepulciano.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and there was a shared area where you could cook. The only downside was that the entrance was a little tricky to locate.
