The villa is large and spacious, with a big dining area that can accommodate a large group. We also had a disabled guest, so there was one bedroom on the ground floor for accessibility. The villa is outside Sibiu. The villa is very suitable for a large group, full of many, many items. The courtyard is very large. The living room and dining area are big. We had a very bad experience at the villa. We booked it because it was listed with air conditioning and a washing machine. In reality, there was one small AC upstairs and another one in one bedroom. The other rooms – 7 – and the kitchen, living room and seating areas had no AC at all, in a location (Sibiu) that was very hot! The AC that existed – when we arrived – leaked water onto our terrace. The washing machine that was promised is not in the apartment. After we complained, the owner took our clothes in bags, folded them and hung them for us in the yard. But that’s not what we chose. Regarding the rest of the stay – a day before we arrived, the owner asked for an update on our arrival time, and we informed him. When we arrived, the house was not ready at all! There weren’t enough towels for the number of people, there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. The kitchen – relatively cramped, full of irrelevant Philips. We were missing a rack for the oven, and when we asked the owner he brought us one that didn’t fit the oven size. The dishwasher there – didn’t work at all. The owner’s reply was just “It’s new, bought yesterday.” The refrigerator worked half power, we spread the food and drinks in 2 small refrigerators that were on the upper floors of the villa. Because of all these issues, which we dealt with all night, we had to order food for Shabbat (we’re a religious family), it cost thousands of shekels and it arrived half broken because of the distance it had to travel. And all this because the kitchen didn’t work properly. In the end, I want to point out that when we arrived and the disappointment was great, we asked the owner to come so we could talk to him and ask for the missing items. In response he wrote that “he would rather not come because it would not be pleasant…” something threatening. No service. Regarding the bedrooms – we booked the villa for 15 people, meaning 15 beds. Besides 3 normal rooms, with a double bed and a door, the other rooms were not inviting or pleasant at all. One room – a small bunk bed (and next to it a huge pile of linens that should be used, but look dirty and disorganized). The upper floor – all one big room, with a billiard table and a soccer table in the center. There were 5 beds, and a “room” without a door. In total the experience of the villa is that we arrived for a bachelorette party. Regarding the bathrooms – first of all everyone without locks. The bathrooms themselves were dirty, during our entire stay we tried to clean dry stains that were there… a very unpleasant experience for the bathrooms. In addition, when we arrived, the bathrooms on the upper floor were clogged

“Recomand”

The location is accessible if you have a car, being close to Sibiu. Unfortunately there are no shops nearby, you need a car to go to one for shopping. The location is pet‑friendly (50 lei per night), and the owner was very kind. The house is large and spacious, tastefully furnished, especially the living room. Unfortunately, the cleaning needs improvement, because the carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom was not clean, at the sink there was a soap used with a hair on it, and unfortunately the kitchen was a bit of a disaster when we arrived, because previous guests had not cleaned. For breakfast I didn’t like it, there were a few tomatoes, 2 crevmursti and 2 fried eggs, I don’t eat eggs and crevmursti, I would have preferred to be asked what I eat, especially since I paid for breakfast. In the end, even though the owner left we washed the dishes ourselves, even though that day we were leaving. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
