The hotel is very well located, a beautiful spot to escape in the heart of the Black Forest. It might need a refresh, but overall it remains acceptable.

Zimmer war top. Bett sehr bequem. Wellnessbereich sehr gut. Leider ist der Ruheraum nicht direkt am Wellnessbereich

The pool, sauna, and food were great, but the room felt a bit cool.

The location, décor, and facilities were fine, but the room was infested with a large number of American bedbugs. The front desk claimed slippers were available, yet none were provided, so we walked barefoot around the hotel, which was uncomfortable. The reception staff only spoke German, making it hard for French‑speaking or English‑speaking guests to understand the complex, so we had to rely on the evacuation plan to find our way.
