The spot is great, and the loft offers amazing city views, but the stairs are a real workout.

The place is in a solid location, the flat is spacious and comfy, staff on site help even after you follow up, the building and flat are easy to reach, AC and TV channels work well. Just remember there are stairs to get to the flat, which can be tough with big bags, though the stairs are quite wide.

GS Chiado Boutique/ Lisbon 10/2-10/4/26 Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator, but worth it!). Rooms cozy, bathrooms great, small fridge, safe. Location is the best—right in the middle of shopping, many restaurants, the area is buzzing yet rooms stay quiet. Very close to waterfront, Praça do Comércio, Rua Augusta Arch, buses, train, subway. Across the street is Honest Greens Chiado, great for lunch or dinner. Time Out Market is also highly recommended, especially Pinoquio, which had fabulous roasted cod and grouper—15 min by bus 15E from Lisbon Story Center. I left my i‑pad in the room at checkout… Called the property two days later, they retrieved it and kept it overnight until I could drive back from > 4 h away to get it. Got it back without a problem! That’s service! Parking is very close by, in Baixa‑Chiado Lisboa—33 E per day. GS Chiado also offers luggage storage for guests who want to explore more on the day of checkout or who arrive early. Highly recommended, 5/5! Experience was terrific!! Would definitely return!!
