The location is good and parking is easy to find. Basic items require extra payment.

The spot is very well positioned, close to all the popular places in Ipoh. The room was very clean and the toilet was nice too. The only downside is that you have to get hot water from dispensers at the reception; there is no water heater in the room. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

The location is fine and the hotel lets you leave luggage after check‑out. The soundproofing is terrible, the bedsheet is old and stained, and I even saw a cockroach – it was scary. The staff are unhelpful unless you ask, for example about where to get a key card for an 8‑person room next to the hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the counter is often without a staff member, so if something urgent comes up you can’t find anyone to assist. That is the only drawback.
