Castle Cave Hotel

“Location tick”

The location was fantastic. Shower was really good with great pressure. Room was what were expected and it was clean. Bed was very comfortable and the township is great! View from the room was outstanding. Early check in was accommodated and appreciated. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety!. 1) On check in we organised the shuttle to the airport. Great! 2) The shuttle was not booked until 12pm the day of pickup when I enquired about the time we were being picked up. Despite confirming twice before. 3) We weren't told it was cash only for the shuttle until half an hour before being collected 4) From 8pm to midnight, chairs scrapping, loud music, loud talking all from upstairs on the rooftop. Make sure to not get the 202, 203 or 204 rooms. They sit directly under the rooftop. 5) The restaurant doesn't open till 1600 (at least it didn't while we were there) The menu says 1230 but that must be peak time

Experiência de me hospedar num hotel caverna, localização. fiquei em um quarto que era embaixo do restaurante, então muita gente batia na porta achando que era banheiro, sugiro colocar uma placa sinalizando o lado certo do banheiro

“A once in a lifetime experience”

The cave hotel was spot on! It sits right near all the town’s action, and the terrace bar and restaurant give you some of the best city views you’ll find in the area. The staff were top‑class, super friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Simba, the resident pug, was a real highlight 😁 We loved every minute and would highly recommend it. The bathrooms were a bit stuffy, but that’s to be expected in a cave hotel, and the water pressure was excellent.
