The property is in a great location, rooms are clean and well maintained, but the staff at the bar, the front desk, and the management are horrible. I was charged twice and have not received a refund yet. The bar and front desk staff, along with the management, are unacceptable.

The rooms are clean. The staff were not friendly enough, which was very disappointing.

The employees were nice. We were on the 15th floor and they drilled above us all day during our stay; they set off an alarm and we had to evacuate the room. They could have come up to the floor and told us it was because someone above us was welding. When we tried to use the stairwell it was blocked. If you’re working on the floor above, you should never have guests below.
